Green Launches Youth Manifesto in Bristol West6.04.47pm BST (GMT +0100) Sun 17th Apr 2005
Matthew Green, MP for Ludlow and Lib Dem youth spokesman visited Bristol West this week to support Stephen Williams' campaign to become Bristol West's next MP and to launch the Lib Dem Manifesto for Young People. Stephen Williams said "This manifesto is key to showing how we can stop looking on young people as a problem, and start looking at their needs and how we can ensure their potential is fulfilled no matter what their circumstances." "Too often we talk about 'young people today' as if we had nothing to do with them. It is time we started giving young people the respect they deserve as individuals," he added.
