TUC Learning Reps Meet MP

Stephen Williams MP talks to learning reps from the Fire Brigades UnionBristol West MP Stephen Williams, who is also the Lib Dems' national skills spokesman, has met local union learning representatives at Temple Back fire station. The meeting was arranged by the TUC, and was attended by union learning reps from the Fire Brigades Union and Unison. Stephen heard how both unions enable their members to brush up on some basic skills, and also learn new ones, in particular in IT.

Stephen said, "Union learning reps do a great job in helping to upskill the British workforce and their work deserves wider recognition."
