Stephen Williams MP unveils tree which will transform Bristol landscape

The 80ft London Plane tree has been planted at the junction of Redland Road and Redland Hill. After attending the official unveiling Stephen said "Urban trees make people feel good about their surroundings. This tree will eventually grow to 80ft tall and will become a real landmark for future generations of Bristolians to enjoy. I would like to congratulate all the local people who worked so hard to raise the money to pay for the tree."
