STEPHEN WILLIAMS MP TO OPEN CHRISTMAS CHARITY CARD SHOP

Stephen Williams, Liberal Democrat MP for Bristol West, is opening the "Cards for good Causes" Charity card shop at Victoria Methodist Church on Whiteladies Road on Monday 24th October at 10.30am.

The shop is run by volunteers from Bristol and last year took over £50,000 in card sales. The cards stocked are from charities that would like to supply them and each card sold makes the charity £81p in every £1.00.

An example of a Local charity that sells their cards in the shop is St Peters Hospice providing much needed funds for a local cause.
